A Shift Leader isresponsible for supporting the management team in the execution of runningtheir assigned location. This includes, but is not limited to:1) Learn how to lead and run excellent shifts.2) Delivering top quality food.3) Enjoy customer service the Jersey Mikes way.4) Using communication skills to motivate team members.5) Role modeling a sense of urgency.6) Embracing Jersey Mikes policies and procedures.A Shift Leader is expected to:1) Work 30+ hours a week.2) Have the ability to get to and from work on time.3) Maintain open communication with AGM and GM.4) Lead your team by example.
