EXPECTED HOURS OF WORKThis is a full-time hourly position, eligible for overtime pay. Days of work are Monday through Saturday with 8-hour shifts. Employees may be mandated an additional 4-hours per shift, with a 12-hour maximum for mandated overtime in a week. Employees may volunteer for additional overtime at their leisure.PRIMARY FUNCTIONSCoordinate the day’s forging schedule with Press Crew, GFM Crew, Pyrometer and Supervisor. Forge Tables should be present for all material to be forged. Receive Forge Tables and Manufacturing Order Cards from the Supervisor.
