Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an exciting Potential Opportunity for an Ultrasound Technologist to support VA St. Louis Health Care System located in St. Louis, MO.Position Highlights:Full-time opportunity | Emphasison work-life balanceMonday - Friday 40hrs per weekPTO and 10 paid holidaysEmployee status and a comprehensive benefitspackage to include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and more Duties include, but not limited to:Perform routine diagnostic ultrasound procedures/servicesReceive patients and provide appropriate care. This may include scheduling, reception ofthe patients, administrative work pertaining to ultrasound and accomplishing procedural instructionsObserve and report to the Radiologist any symptoms which have direct bearing on the patient's condition and inform Radiologist of any condition requiring his/her attentionAdhere to ultrasound safety policies and procedures in accordance with Ultrasound Department policies and procedures.Maintain and clean ultrasound equipment on a regular basis in accordance with Radiology Department standards.
