We are proud to serve Southeast Tennessee and Northwest Georgia with the expertise of 4,700 team members and nearly 500 affiliated physicians.Monday-Friday 13:00-21:00As our Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech), you will be pivotal in producing diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions.Each day, you will perform a variety of imaging examinations, including X-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs, while actively contributing to a positive patient experience through direct interaction.To excel, you must deeply understand diagnostic imaging's critical importance, encompassing expertise in workflow, patient positioning, and capturing precise results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses.Uses two patient identifiersCompares doctor’s order to requisition for accuracyPerforms the correct examIncludes all anatomy required to produce an adequate exam.Demonstrates continued competency in using PACSRoutinely demonstrates the ability to prioritize workload.RequiredGraduate of an accredited Radiology program, upon hire andRegistered Technologist Radiography ARRT, within 12 - monthsBasic Life Support - CPR, upon hirePreferred1 year experience
