Join the #1 Senior Living company to work for in our area!The Receptionist greets visitors, handles incoming calls, and performs general administrative duties. Also may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks. The receptionist presents the face and the voice of Wesley Enhanced Living when greeting visitors and answering phone calls.Job Type: Part-timePay: $15 per hourSchedule: 4pm to 8pm Thursday and Friday AND 2pm to 8pm every OTHER SaturdayThe Receptionist would:Greet persons entering building in a professional manner while restricting their access to the facility without proper escortBe alert and watchful of every person who enters the building through the main lobby. The receptionist may be the first one to alert security if there is a problem.Provide information on facilities and services, events and recreational activities within communityProvide information about local attractions, travel routes and transportation schedulesHandle questions about WEL or offers brochures with business information.Answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate employees.Take messages and make sure they get to the appropriate employees.Accept and sign for packages and distribute mail.Make copies, collate, bind and staple, and file documents and reports as needed.Maintain a pleasant appearance of the reception area or lobby.Perform other duties as required.Related Experience: Minimum one year receptionist or customer service experience combined with one year general office experienceEducation or Degree Requirements: High School Diploma or GEDLicenses, Certifications, Registrations: NoneWesley Enhanced Living is ranked by our employees as the top PA-based aging services company on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Aging Services list.
