GEP is proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.For more information please visit us on GEP.com or check us out on LinkedIn.com.In this role, you’ll support the global events team by driving thoughtful outreach, managing event logistics, and ensuring every detail of our hosted and sponsored events is executed smoothly.Event Outreach & Audience SourcingIdentify and source appropriate prospects for GEP-hosted and sponsored events (e.g., Directors of Procurement at target accounts)Build and refine outreach lists using LinkedIn and event buyer personasDraft accurate, personalized outreach messages and collaborate with internal stakeholders for review and approvalEvent Logistics & CoordinationResearch and secure venues for executive roundtables, leadership dinners, and other hosted events in key citiesCollect quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage full-cycle logisticsCoordinate with presenters and speakers for remote sessions, pre-records, and run-of-show supportSupport logistics for sponsored industry conferences, including signage, booth materials, giveaways, and staffing schedulesVendor & Materials ManagementSource executive gifts, branded swag, and printed collateralManage vendor relationships to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectivenessOversee design and production of event signage and supporting materialsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to qualityProactive communication and comfort working across teamsAbility to think strategically about audience fit, messaging, and event objectivesExperience in event marketing or campaign marketing preferred (SaaS/B2B experience a plus)Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple events simultaneouslyHigh level of professionalism, especially with accuracy of names, titles, and messagingMust be based in the Eastern Time Zone and able to work aligned to EST business hoursThis is a part-time contract position. The hourly rate for this role is $50.00. Contractor roles are not eligible for GEP employee benefits.
