Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Description Robert Halfu2019s enterprise client seeks a Technical Program Manager to join a team of experienced program and product managers. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, establish guiding principles, and lead strategic initiatives that align with key business priorities. You will manage programs end-to-end, including roadmap development, prioritization, technology launches, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: + Scope, plan, and deliver strategic programs in partnership with executive sponsors. + Own program execution across cross-functional, global teams; manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. + Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables. + Define and drive roadmap strategy, KPIs, and success metrics. + Identify and mitigate risks across the program portfolio. + Lead change management activities and ensure alignment across stakeholders. + Prepare and present progress reports to leadership, including CEO updates. + Act as a strategic advisor to optimize customer experience and ROI. Preferred Qualifications: + Skilled at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced tech environment. + Experience driving large-scale transformations and process improvements. + Strong executive presence, emotional intelligence, and collaborative approach. + Familiarity with SaaS application programs. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: + 5+ years in program management and business systems implementation. + Proven ability to manage complex technical and non-technical programs with minimal oversight. + Experience defining roadmaps, requirements, KPIs, and driving IT initiatives. + Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. + Demonstrated ability to lead programs through all phases: initiation, planning, development, UAT, and launch.
