Imaging Specialist / Records Center Specialist Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Location: Cerritos, CA ] Schedule: 8AM-5PM Employment Type: Full-Time Note job does not start until -January 2026. 2 nd week of January If you are detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable handling sensitive information, this role is an excellent fit. As an Imaging Specialist you play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the integrity of client records. What Youu2019ll Do u2013 Daily Responsibilities As an Imaging Specialist: + Prepare, index, and scan hard-copy records based on client requirements. + Upload scanned documents using third-party software. + Perform quality checks, identify image errors, and determine root causes. + Conduct manual data entry for required validation fields. + Prepare materials, tapes, and boxes containing confidential documents. + Process incoming orders using wireless scanning technology. + Assist with additional tasks or projects assigned by the Supervisor. Qualifications u2013 What You Bring + 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, service industry, or similar environment. + Ability to lift and move boxes/materials weighing up to 50 lbs . + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Comfort working with routine tasks and handling sensitive information.
