Title: Customer Service Location: Lake Mary, FL (100% Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Contract Pay Range : $19/hr to $22/hr (On W2) We are looking for a u201cCustomer Serviceu201d to join one of our Fortune 500 clients. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support Abbott/Acelis Connected Health. In this role, you will receive inbound calls from customers regarding supply orders or technical/customer support for Neuro and Cardio MEMS medical devices. These devices may include implantable or wearable equipment used to monitor or treat heart failure or neurological conditions. Key Responsibilities: + Maintain and update patient records, verifying account and product information. + Communicate prescription revision requests to clinic support teams. + Receive and process new referrals for out-of-warranty medical equipment. + Facilitate equipment replacements and coordinate customer returns in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. Required Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED + Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience + Strong verbal and written communication skills + High attention to detail + Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple systems and websites We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship .
