Job Skills / Requirements Flex Security Officer Schedule: Any day / Any shift / Flex coverage Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Position Overview:We are seeking a dependable and highly professional Flex Security Officer to support coverage needs across various client sites. This position is ideal for an experienced security professional who is adaptable, responsive, and comfortable working in a variety of environments. Flex Officers play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security by providing patrols, monitoring activity, and stepping in wherever coverage is needed.Key Responsibilities:Provide security coverage at multiple locations, often on short noticeConduct foot and vehicle patrols to monitor premises and maintain a visible security presenceProtect property, assets, staff, and visitors by maintaining a safe and secure environmentObserve and report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violationsRespond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistanceEnforce company and site-specific policies and proceduresComplete detailed daily activity reports and incident reportsCommunicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and other security personnelMaintain professional appearance and behavior at all timesRequired Qualifications:Valid driver’s licenseActive Maryland Security Guard Certification (MD Guard Card)Ability to work all shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to travel to various assigned sites as neededStrong communication, observation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to stand, walk, and perform patrol duties for extended periodsPreferred Experience:Previous security experience (1+ years preferred)Prior flex officer experience or experience working multiple sitesExperience with patrol-based security, including foot and vehicle patrolsCustomer service experience in a security or public-facing rolePlease visit our website: St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.MD #106-4881 Education Requirements (All) HS Diploma GED or H.S.
