Location: Woodbridge Township, New JerseyEmployment Type: W2 Only Onsite Requirement: Local candidates preferred; Face-to-Face interviews requiredWe are seeking an experienced OCP DevOps Engineer to design, build, and secure an OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environment for a high-impact data risk and control platform. This role is crucial in shaping a secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure from the ground up, with direct interaction with InfoSec, Infrastructure, and DevOps partners.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a secure and compliant OpenShift platformEstablish CI/CD pipelines and SecDevOps practices for enterprise deploymentsLead the implementation of non-functional requirements (NFRs) including performance, scalability, availability, and complianceDevelop tools and frameworks for performance metrics and SLA adherenceCollaborate with Infosec, Infrastructure, and Ops teams to ensure architectural alignmentManage and remediate IT risks and technical debtSupport production operations, including incident, change, and defect managementDefine and enforce best practices for DevOps integration and automationCore Experience (Minimum 7+ years):Establishing CI/CD & SecDevOps pipelinesDocker, Kubernetes, OpenShift ContainersHands-on leadership in non-functional requirement implementationEclipse or IntelliJ IDE usageCloud & Infrastructure (5+ years):Platforms: OpenShift (OCP), GCP, AzureTools: Jenkins, Harness, UrbanCode Deploy (UCD), GitHub, Maven, GradleDevSecOps: SonarQube, GitLab, Checkmarx, Black DuckMonitoring & Deployment: ELK Stack, Splunk, AppDynamics, LiquibaseScripting & Automation:Proficiency in Python, Bash, Shell scriptingTesting & QA (3+ years):Frameworks: Jasmine, Karma, Selenium, JUnit, JMeter, RestAssured, PostmanProject & Workflow Tools (3+ years):Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)JIRA, ConfluenceServiceNow (for change/incident/defect workflows)TopTech Talent is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
