This role is ideal for a new high-energy graduate or an engineer with years of experience who is ready to contribute and grow.What You Will DoServe as the key link between product line engineers and manufacturing teamsCollaborate with engineering to understand product requirements and translate them into efficient manufacturing plansDrive projects from concept to completion, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and executionAnalyze processes and recommend improvements to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance qualityCreate and maintain documentation for fabrication, assembly, and testingWhat You BringBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Strong communication and collaboration skills and not afraid to engage with othersInterest or experience in mechanical design, fabrication, and hands-on problem solvingProject management skills and a drive to take ownershipProficiency in Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and AutoCADWillingness to travel about 10 percent of the timeWe are looking for someone who is proactive, motivated, and excited to work across teams.
