IT Manager, Business Systems

Manage a team that provides and creates solutions for information/knowledge management; asset/SaaS management; IT procurement; training resources Work in coordination and partnership with the SocureIT teams to deliver on the vision of a distributed workforce with a best of breed toolset and user experience. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures in coordination with the IT team Work closely with Business Operations and embedded Business Ops members across the organization to ensure we're building a cross functional set of practices that can support the company as it scales Manage and recruit team members; mentor and nurture team members who we expect to constantly learn and grow; appraise performance and communicate job expectations Roll up your sleeves with hands on help when and if necessary Iterate on and champion an integrated toolset Work with internal teams to identify and solve workflow challenges Ensure that IT systems and processes follow best practices and adhere to security controls. Align user needs with compliance and contractual requirements to establish organizational policies and restrictions. Audit systems and be accountable for inventory of IT assets. Assist Finance and Governance, Risk and Compliance team on periodic audits. Work with IT leadership on annual budget Experience leading a geographically dispersed IT team Experience managing IT business operations workstreams, including budgets, audits, procurement, process flows and user training The ability to think creatively and craft solutions Experience managing environments with macOS workstations and iOS devices, including business support aspects Experience with producing and maintaining user training resources, information systems resources, and user communications Use of JIRA as a ticketing/task management system for an IT team Experience resolving process and workflow challenges Excellent written and verbal communication skills
