Job Description Assistant Customer Service Representative (CSR) Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Lead CSR to provide exceptional support in managing a generalist book of business, with a focus on transportation-heavy accounts. This is an on-site position, offering an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in customer service and insurance to thrive in a collaborative and business-driven environment. Compensation Package Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually (up to $70,000 for highly experienced candidates) 401(k) Responsibilities Assist the Lead CSR in managing a generalist book of business, with a focus on transportation-heavy accounts Perform administrative tasks such as adding vehicles, locations, endorsements, and light certificate work Check policies for accuracy and completeness Provide support in processing and managing client accounts Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks while adhering to company policies and procedures Follow directions and collaborate effectively with the Lead CSR and other team members Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service or insurance roles Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is required Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow directions, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset Work Environment: This is an on-site position. While occasional flexibility is understood, the role requires regular in-office presence to ensure effective collaboration and support. #LI-CS1
