ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute an application support strategy aligned with business goals.Ensure compliance with infrastructure and security standards.Provide strategic direction for improving system functionality and user satisfaction.Participate in application implementation and enhancement projects.Stay current on technologies and best practices for reliability, scalability, and security.Team ManagementLead, mentor, and develop cloud and application support engineers.Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.Application Management & SupportPartner with IT and business leaders to design scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.Optimize cloud resource utilization and control costs.Monitor and report on infrastructure performance and availability.Develop SLAs and performance metrics for IT services.Identify opportunities for operational improvement and technology consolidation.Perform other related duties as assigned.Security & ComplianceImplement and enforce cloud security best practices.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.Performance Monitoring & OptimizationEstablish monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution.Continuously fine-tune infrastructure for optimal performance.Vendor ManagementManage relationships with cloud service providers and technology vendors.Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance cident Response & Problem ManagementOversee the lifecycle of application support incidents from report to resolution.Serve as an escalation point for complex issues.Analyze incident trends to identify root causes and preventive actions.Documentation & TrainingMaintain documentation for cloud systems, processes, and procedures.Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for the team.Work Hours & TravelOccasional on-call or after-hours support may be required for deployments, productionissues, or technical emergencies. Requirements 7+ years of IT leadership experience with hands-on cloud infrastructure and support.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Effective presentation skills across stakeholder groups.Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Strong technical aptitude and commitment to continuous learning.Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
