We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for a variety of temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions with our clients across the region.Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from requisition creation to candidate placement, for a diverse range of roles (light industrial, administrative, professional, etc.).Bilingual Communication: Fluently conduct candidate interviews, communicate job details, and manage onboarding processes in both English and Spanish.Sourcing and Outreach: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, community networks, and referral programs.Candidate Screening: Evaluate candidate applications, resumes, and conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates, temporary employees, and internal pliance and Administration: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with state and federal laws and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Previous staffing, HR, or customer serviceGood eye for detailEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:QualificationsFluency in English and Spanish is REQUIRED (written and verbal).Prior experience (1+ year preferred) in recruiting, human resources, or a related sales/customer service field. Staffing industry experience is a major plus!Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with an ATS/CRM system.A strong desire to meet and exceed recruitment goals.
