The ideal candidate will act as liaison between Century Cabinets and builders/superintendents/sub-contractors to assure excellent completion of all orders.Essential Functions:Act as Liaison to Customers (Field Personnel/Superintendents/Sub-Contractors)Schedule Homeowner Warranty and Service work as required.Schedule Drops/Installation of countertops with partner fabricatorsAssist with any other duties as assigned by management.Job Competencies:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsStrong project management skillsStrong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skillsStrong service mentalityQualifications:Three years of Cabinet Industry knowledgePurchasing/Receiving experienceExcellent communications skills - ability to be clearly understood on phone as well as clear concise written communication.Excellent multi-talkerExceptional problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Ability to effectively represent Century Cabinets with our customers & subcontractors.Knowledge of Smartsheet’s and Quick Books helpfulPrior experience with online builder supply portals (i.e., Supply Pro) helpfulPhysical Demands:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift 15 pounds at times.Work Environment:This is a full-time position.Travel:Travel may be required for this position (>75%)
