The Parking Shuttle Attendant is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and courteous shuttle transportation for guests between designated parking areas and stadium entrances. The role ensures an exceptional fan experience by welcoming guest, assisting with mobility needs, and transporting them promptly and safely. The Parking Shuttle Attendant also supports overall parking operations by maintaining communication with staff, monitoring traffic flow, and reporting safety or operational concerns. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.Operate a shuttle vehicle to transport fans between parking lots and stadium entrancesGreet and assist guests in a friendly and professional mannerEnsure safety of passengers by following driving and safety policiesAssist fans with mobility challenges and help with light loading or unloading as neededMaintain cleanliness and general upkeep of shuttle vehicleReport any mechanical issues, safety concerns, or incidents to supervisor immediatelyCommunicate regularly with the Parking Supervisor as well as parking staff to coordinate service and respond to needsProvide general information or directions to guests when requestedQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
