When traveling overnight, we ensure our team enjoys a nice dinner out on us as well as the best accommodations.Responsibilities:Must be able to multi-task and work politely with customersExperience working with multiple toolsAbility to troubleshoot problemsTimely completion of assigned projectsHandling everything from minor repairs particularly relating to bathroom and kitchen equipment, general maintenance, and full construction/renovationsKeep the onsite Project Manager informed of any issues or occurrences and seek guidance and support while performing duties under minimal supervisionBenefits:Employee recognition eventsPaid time off starts day oneRequirements:Must be able to lift 50 lbsMust be able to travel to job site in own vehicle or car pooling with Project ManagerTraveling a distance is possible, requiring overnight staysKnowledge in the following: Basic Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry and Electrical
