Note: This position is open to candidates at either the Marketing Data Analyst or Senior Marketing Data Analyst level, depending on experience and qualifications.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and provide insights to inform business decisions and guide budget allocationAssess channel effectiveness through media mix and multi-touch attribution to evaluate effectiveness of various touchpoints on conversionsDevelop, automate and maintain dashboards to analyze marketing campaign performance, spend, tactics, conversions and customer behaviorLead the analysis and optimization across traditional and digital marketing channels, including direct mail, email, paid and organic media, to maximize ROI and improve targeting and spend efficiencyPresent campaign insights and optimization recommendations to stakeholders across product and marketing teamsDefine success metrics and deliver actionable insights through dashboards, presentations and recurring reportsEnsure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and verification processesMaintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasksDeliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standardsOther duties as assignedCOMPENTENCIESPrevious Banking experience a plusInterpersonal/Customer Service SkillsWritten and Verbal CommunicationAbility to understand and follow directionsAdaptable to changeBasic Computer SkillsLeadership/Management SkillsAbility to influence othersAbility to build collaborative relationshipsAbility to develop or mentor othersOrganizational Skills/Detail OrientedAnalytical ThinkingAble to Multi-Task or Juggle PrioritiesProblem/Situation AnalysisTechnical ExpertiseStrategic Planning and Decision MakingCreativityEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEMinimum Years of Experience Specialization - 4-6 Years Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)Must possess a high school diploma or equivalentPreferred 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Bacheloru0027s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business or related fieldTRAVEL REQUIREMENTSTravel limited to attending meetings or training sessions as needed.Physical Requirements:This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a maximum of 50% of the time, constantly operate a computer up to 50% of the time and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers, customers, and/or stakeholders to discuss and observe facts and data in order to exchange accurate informationSCHEDULETypical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is salary and exempt.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis role is ideal for someone who is energized by solving complex problems, persistent in interpreting data and skilled at communicating how to turn results into data-driven solutions. Prior banking experience is a plus!You’re a data storyteller who can connect the dots between marketing results and business outcomes.
