Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Midland, Texas. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient front desk operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Greet and assist visitors promptly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. u2022 Answer and manage inbound calls using a multi-line phone system, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately. u2022 Operate a switchboard efficiently, handling up to 10 phone lines. u2022 Sort and distribute daily mail to appropriate departments or individuals. u2022 Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols are followed. u2022 Provide support to on-site guests, addressing inquiries and offering guidance as needed. u2022 Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless front desk operations. u2022 Handle general administrative tasks to support office functions. u2022 Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Requirements u2022 Prior experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required. u2022 Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and switchboards. u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills. u2022 Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. u2022 Detail-oriented approach and customer-focused attitude. u2022 Familiarity with basic administrative duties, including mail handling. u2022 High attention to detail and organizational skills. u2022 Availability to work part-time hours on-site in Midland, Texas.
