Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Bronx, New York. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will provide technical assistance and ensure smooth functionality of desktop systems and related technologies. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide technical support for desktop systems, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues. u2022 Manage Active Directory accounts, including creation, modification, and troubleshooting. u2022 Oversee asset management processes to track and maintain IT equipment inventory. u2022 Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate reports and analyze data for system performance. u2022 Assist with the deployment and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals. u2022 Respond to user inquiries regarding technical issues, offering clear and efficient solutions. u2022 Collaborate with team members to implement updates and upgrades to desktop systems. u2022 Maintain documentation of IT support procedures and resolutions for future reference. u2022 Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security protocols when handling technology. u2022 Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on support activities.
