Overview Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our Wheelchair Services team in the aviation industry. In this role, youu2019ll be in charge of making sure our services run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while also helping the business grow. Youu2019ll manage daily operations, lead staff, and work with others across the company to ensure top-level service for all passengers. Pay: $18 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABMu2019s benefits, visit Recruiting Flyer - Staff & Mgmt (Flyer - Staff & Mgmt.pdf) Main Responsibilities: u00b7 Lead and manage the daily operations of the Wheelchair Services team. u00b7 Make sure all services meet safety rules, airline standards, and company policies. u00b7 Monitor performance, solve problems, and improve how things are done. u00b7 Manage team schedules, staffing needs, and workflow to ensure smooth service delivery. u00b7 Train, coach, and support team members to meet high customer service standards. u00b7 Track performance and financial results, helping the division stay on budget. u00b7 Build strong working relationships with airline partners, airport staff, and other teams. u00b7 Stay up to date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and customer needs. u00b7 Help plan for future growth by improving services and finding new opportunities. u00b7 Represent the team at meetings, events, and with external partners. Qualifications: u00b7 High school diploma or equivalent work experience. u00b7 Experience as a supervisor or team leader (aviation or transportation a plus). u00b7 Strong knowledge of safety procedures and service standards. u00b7 Proficient in the English language u00b7 Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. u00b7 Experience with managing people, schedules, and budgets. u00b7 Able to work well with different departments and leadership levels. u00b7 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment. u00b7 Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a SIDA badge. Preferred (But Not Required): u00b7 Background in aviation, customer service, or airport operations. u00b7 Experience with planning and business development. u00b7 Knowledge of aviation technology and wheelchair service systems. u00b7 Bilingual u2013 especially Spanish or other common airport languages. Work Environment: u00b7 May require early, late, or weekend hours depending on business needs.
