BayCare is currently in search of our newest outpatient Physical Therapist u2013 Pool/PRN who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. BayCare HealthHub (Bloomingdale) , is an n innovative, high-tech health and wellness destination designed to make life better for residents in the greater Brandon area and surrounding communities Physical Therapist (Pool/PRN) Responsibilities: + Evaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy. + Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, Massage Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Fitness Specialists, Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant students and volunteers. + Team members with temporary permits must work under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist that has been licensed for a minimum of six months. A supervising licensed Physical Therapist may only supervise one permittee at any given time. Requirements : + Required BLS (Basic Life Support) + Required PT (Physical Therapy) + Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain + Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months + Required Bachelor's Physical Therapy + Preferred Master's Physical Therapy + Preferred Doctorate's Physical Therapy + Preferred 1-year Physical Therapist Facility: BayCare Health System, Rehab Services Op II-SFBH Location: Bloomingdale Main - Valrico, FL Status: Pool, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Scheduled between clinic hours) Shift = Days Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: Yes How often will this team member be working remotely?
