What you'll do: Responsibilities What you can expect on a typical day: Partner with business units and functional leaders to analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements aligned with the enterprise's business strategy and goals. Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on best practices and reduce process fragmentation across business units. Support the design and documentation of target-state business workflows and service processes to support ongoing operational excellence. Synthesize discovery findings to document and maintain a repository of business requirements and capabilities. Support the prioritization of capabilities based on business impact and client experience value. Coordinate with Product Management and Technology to align solutions to business requirements within established standards and guidelines. Present key discovery progress and outputs to executive leadership. Assist in the development of KPIs and performance dashboards to measure the success of new capabilities and service initiatives. Provide analytical and communication support to senior team members for program reporting, KPI tracking, and value realization. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or business architecture within a large-scale, service-oriented environment (payroll, HR, financial services, etc.). Salesforce experience and familiarity with ADP Service tools and technologies. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical ability with working knowledge of process modeling methodologies and tools (e.g., Miro, Visio). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex ideas and communicate effectively to diverse audiences including senior leadership. A collaborative mindset and curiosity to understand how people, processes, and technology intersect to deliver value. Ability to travel 15-20% required. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field is great, but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
