Overview Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Benefits Program Manager is responsible for the development, administration, and continuous improvement of CHLAu2019s benefits and retirement programs. This role ensures that all benefit offerings, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs and ancillary benefits are compliant, competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with CHLAu2019s priorities. The Benefits Program Manager partners with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to optimize program performance, enhance the team member experience, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: Required: u2022 8+ years of experience in benefits administration, including retirement plan operations. u2022 Experience in large or complex benefit administration u2022 Demonstrated knowledge of ERISA, retirement plan compliance, and health/welfare regulations. u2022 Experience managing vendors and external partners. Education/Licensure/Certification: u2022 Required: Bacheloru2019s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. u2022 Preferred: Certification such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Pay Scale Information $110,074.00-$188,698.00 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidateu2019s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
