LPN Opportunity - Hiring immediately We are seekingcompassionate, professional, and enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)to supervise within an assigned unit while fostering teamwork across multipledisciplines. LPNs will provide patient-driven care to our residents’population, contributing to care plans in accordance with nursing standards,policies, and procedures. Effective communication with team members, patients,and their families is essential for this role. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional nursing care by assessing health status, responding to call lights, and making rounds Administer nursing treatments, procedures, doctor orders, and care plans Identify, evaluate, and assess resident health status, collaborating with RNs and medical staff for treatment Collaborate with resident services personnel to ensure individualized care plans are followed Document incidents and refer them to RNs for follow-up or investigation Qualifications: Active LPN license in the state of Massachusetts Minimum of one year of experience as an LPN Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Visitour websiteto learn more about ouropenings!
