Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and welcoming Receptionist to join our team in Palm Springs, California. In this contract-to-permanent role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative support. Responsibilities: u2022 Welcome visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments. u2022 Manage incoming calls, transferring them as needed and providing accurate information. u2022 Organize and distribute incoming mail and packages while coordinating outgoing shipments. u2022 Maintain the office calendar by scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently. u2022 Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing documents. u2022 Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role. u2022 Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. u2022 Strong customer service skills and the ability to assist visitors and callers effectively. u2022 Competence in data entry and managing email correspondence. u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word. u2022 Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars accurately. u2022 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
