Adecco is hiring a Hybrid Sales Representative for a local customer in the Lake Mary area> Sales Development Representative - 3DM Metrology WE are seeking a Sales Development Representative - 3D Metrology - Hybrid. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively identifying and pursuing new prospects as well as fielding incoming leads. You will act as the first point of contact for potential customers by qualifying leads, scheduling product demos, and nurturing relationships. This role requires a strong ability to engage prospects, identify their pain points, and present FARO solutions that align with their business needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a hunter mentality, and a desire to contribute to the growth of a leading tech company. We have: u2022 An open mind for new ideas and methodologies u2022 Leading edge technology u2022 A dynamic team of engineering, sales and marketing professionals to work with You have: u2022 Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). u2022 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, and cold calling. u2022 Passion for sales and a hunter mentality. u2022 Familiarity with the sales funnel and lead qualification methodologies (e.g., BANT, CHAMP) u2022 Strong interest in technology and an understanding of tech hardware/software products and solutions. u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to engage and build rapport with prospects. u2022 Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Experience with Salesforce CRM, High Velocity Sales for Salesforce (or other cadencing tool), LinkedIn, 6Sense (or equivalent Account Based Marketing Platform). Gong experience a plus. u2022 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage lead pipelines and follow-up actions. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities. u2022 A positive, results-driven attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the sales field. This is a B2B hunter role which requires a high velocity of outbound prospecting via cold calls and emails. You will be responsible for the following: u2022 Lead Qualification: Field incoming inbound leads from various sources (website inquiries, webinars, trade shows, etc.) and qualify them based on established criteria. u2022 Outbound Prospecting: Build lists and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement. u2022 Customer Engagement: Initiate conversations with potential customers to understand their needs and pain points, and determine the best solution offering from FAROs portfolio. u2022 Lead Nurturing: Follow up on leads and build relationships with prospects over time, ensuring they are informed about our solutions and guiding them through the early stages of the sales funnel. u2022 Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with your assigned Account Managers and our web studio Application Specialists to ensure smooth transitions from qualified leads to sales opportunities, and contribute to pipeline growth. u2022 Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with FARO product offerings, features, and value propositions in order to effectively communicate with prospects and provide relevant solutions. u2022 CRM Management: Log and track all activities in Salesforce, including lead interactions, follow-ups, and status updates, to maintain an accurate pipeline. u2022 Sales Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for lead creation, activities, demos set, opportunity creation and other key performance indicators (KPIs). u2022 Market Research: Continuously identify and research potential new markets and industries within your assigned territories.
