summary Fabrication Lead Humble area fabrication facility is adding a Fabrication Lead / Foreman to the team. This role will be responsible for keeping team on track, engaged and motivated to meet deadlines with quality product! Pay is $25.00 - 28.00 to start - this is an hourly and increase eligible role! Unlimited Referral Bonuses required-skills: Client desires 3 to 5 Years +: Must have 3 years recent Lead / Supervisor experience in fabrication environment (required) Prior fabrication experience highly desired Equipment Knowledge & Skills –Knowledge of welding and steel-working process and equipment Must have experience with crane, rigging and forklifts to manage and move steel material as needed Provides the team with the vision of the project objectives Provides motivation and accountability to the team Responsible for providing training and mentoring to production staff as needed Responsible for holding employees accountable to established and maintain production and quality standards. Encourages constant improvement and leads by example; Must adhere to and follow all safety rules and PPE requirements required-experience: 3 -5 Years
