IDR is seeking a Windows System Administrator II to provide technical support and maintenance for the Revenue Operations Team over production applications, products, and services. This role supports 30 critical production applications, troubleshooting issues, monitoring system performance, and facilitating process automation. The System Admin II ensures compliance with IT best practices and company security policies. This role includes after-hours on-call responsibilities on a rotating schedule and plays a critical role during Month End Close (MEC).Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical middleware support for 30 production business-critical applications- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production systems to ensure optimal performance- Develop and share knowledge base articles for the Service Desk- Facilitate automation of processes to improve operational efficiency- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation- Support disaster recovery and data security initiatives- Collaborate closely during Month End Close (MEC) activitiesRequired Skills and Experience:- 3-5 years of windows system administration experience in a similar IT role- BA/BS degree in technology, business administration, or equivalent experience- Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, IIS, and backups- Knowledge of data security protocols including NTFS, share permissions, SFTP/FTPS, SSL/TLS- Experience with Windows clustering and disaster recovery- Familiarity with 3-tier application infrastructure- Competence in monitoring and alerting systems- Experience with VMware infrastructure- Database connectivity and troubleshooting skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Detail and process-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects independently- IT healthcare experience is preferred but not required- ServiceNowNice to Have:- Experience with Dynatrace- ColdFusion experienceAdditional Information:- 40 hours per week- Remote work is acceptable- On-call rotation requiredpay transparency: 38-40/hr W2All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
