We're looking for a highly experienced Recruiter who advises hiring managers and partners closely with senior leaders across the organization. You're driven to work on high-value talent initiatives and are close to the industry's most sought-after talent. You'll work with our existing team members-including technical recruiters, coordinators, sourcers, and cross-functional partners-to drive key hires across engineering, AI, and technical domains.Your Responsibilities:Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across Engineering, Security, IT, and ML engineeringPartner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needsDesign and execute strategic sourcing plans to map talent and drive top-of-funnel activityOwn the candidate experience from first engagement through loop interview stage, delivering exceptional service and fast turnaroundAct as a thought partner to hiring teams, offering talent market insights, funnel data, and best practicesSource technical talent through creative outreach, events, and passive campaignsBuild and maintain nurturing campaigns and brand-forward recruitment marketing effortsWe're seeking:8+ years of progressive recruiting experience in high-growth, premier tech environments.Proven success hiring in niche and competitive technical talent markets.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.Clear, compelling written and verbal communication fort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Workplace & LocationThis role is based in either our San Francisco or Seattle office. We are not considering remote applications for this role.
