Do youwant to help shape the capabilities that make this possible for some ofthe worlds most iconic brands?As an Associate Manager, Global Media Connections & Capabilities, youwill play a hands-on role in developing and scaling the frameworks,playbooks, and tools that help PepsiCo markets deliver end-to-endconnections and personalization @ scale across paid, owned, earned, andshared channels.Youll support our teams in bringing our capability strategy to life -from building toolkits and training materials to coordinating pilots,tracking adoption, and consolidating proof points that demonstrate thevalue of end-to-end connections and personalization globally.This is an exciting opportunity to learn from global experts indata-driven marketing, develop cross-functional skills, and contributeto a transformation that is reshaping how PepsiCo connects withconsumers.LOCATION: New York, Plano, ChicagoResponsibilities Capability Development & Delivery Support the creation and refinement of global playbooks, standards,and templates covering areas such as Audience Targeting, CreativePersonalization, Discoverability, First-Party Data, and ConsumerEngagement programs. Translate complex strategies into practical, practitioner-friendlyguidance and tools. Help maintain a library of up-to-date frameworks and ensure they areaccessible and actionable for markets. Support evolving workstreams and priorities as directed by leadershipin a dynamic and fast-changing environment Market Support & Enablement Partner with the market engagement and cross-functional teams tocoordinate capability launches, training sessions, and office hours. Support pilot projects by gathering inputs, coordinating logistics,documenting learnings, and capturing case studies. Help track adoption of global frameworks and services, summarizingfeedback and performance data for leadership. Service Catalog & Operational Support Assist in the development and rollout of centralized services Coordinate with Strategy & Transformation (S&T), Global CapabilityCenters (GCC), and local teams to ensure smooth service deployment andclear communication of processes and benefits. Insights, Tracking & Continuous Improvement Collect and analyze market feedback, adoption metrics, and proofpoints to inform ongoing capability enhancement. Maintain dashboards and reports that summarize progress againstglobal capability KPIs. Prepare materials for leadership reviews, forums, and communityupdates. Innovation & Market Scanning Stay up to date on emerging martech, media, and personalizationtrends (e.g., GenAI, dynamic content optimization, retail media). Share insights and recommendations to inform capability evolution andfuture pilot opportunities. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between$89,000 - $149,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and educationwill be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter canshare more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% ofannual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relatedfield; advanced degree a plus. 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, media, CRM, consumerengagement, or marketing operations, ideally within a global or matrixedorganization. Strong analytical mindset; able to synthesize complex informationinto actionable insights. Comfortable with measurement frameworks and tracking capabilityadoption or performance. Experience managing pilot projects or proof-of-concepts. Proven success collaborating across marketing, media, IT, and agencypartners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - capable ofsimplifying technical or strategic concepts into clear guidance. Confident presenter and facilitator with strong stakeholdermanagement skills. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiplepriorities in a global, fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills. Experience working across distributed teams and time zones.
