Collaboration is key, and as a Customer Partner, you'll work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process. Not only will you lead a number of Portfolio accounts, but you'll also be the driving force behind generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities. Responsible for lead generation through to closure, driving new scope and value, and minimizing erosion in our ongoing business and renewals + Deliver on budget, owning revenue, profit/loss, and growth objectives + Ensure account profitability, leading operating margin improvement of existing business while generating profitable growth. Increases utilization and billability of resources assigned to their account + Generate opportunities, drives through to closure and expands existing work into larger scope and new capabilities; build a GTM pipeline with partners to jointly pursue and win deals + Demonstrate distinctive expertise. Required Skills and Experience: u2022 5+ years of experience running account P&L u2022 3+years of experience managing sales process end-to-end u2022 Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices u2022 Experience in one or more of the following industries: Manufacturing; Automotive; Chemical, Oil and Gas; Energy u2022 Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks u2022 Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers u2022 May be required to travel up to 50% Preferred Skills and Experience: u2022 Bachelor's degree or Masteru2019s degree u2022 Sales experience in technical solutions Compensation: The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $102,000 to $183,480 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California: $112,200 to $220,200 Colorado: $102,000 to $183,480 New York City: $122,280 to $220,200 Washington: $112,200 to $201,840 Washington DC: $112,200 to $201,840 This position will be eligible for Kyndrylu2019s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndrylu2019s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
