What Youu2019ll Do: + Lead the design and delivery of stations, tracks, rail facilities, utilities, and related civil infrastructure . + Prepare plans, specifications, reports, and estimates, ensuring technical quality and compliance. + Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and take responsibility for key deliverables. + Collaborate with clients, subconsultants, and internal teams to address complex design challenges. + Conduct QA/QC reviews , ensuring design integrity and regulatory compliance. + Contribute to project planning, coordination, and business development , representing technical excellence. Who You Are: + Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 7u201310+ years of civil engineering experience , ideally in rail and transit projects. + Strong technical expertise across track, station, rail facility, and utility design . + Comfortable guiding clients and collaborating with senior leaders. + Natural mentor who enjoys developing junior engineers while leading by example. + Proficient with Civil3D, MicroStation/Geopak , or equivalent design software. + Collaborative, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions .
