This involves all elements of data engineering and processing messages and data at huge volumes. What will you do? u25cf Communicate with business leaders to help translate requirements into functional specification u25cf Develop broad understanding of business logic and functionality of current systems u25cf Analyze and manipulate data by writing and running SQL queries u25cf Analyze logs to identify and prevent potential issues from occurring u25cf Deliver clean and functional code in accordance with business requirements u25cf Consume data from any source, such a flat files, streaming systems, or RESTful APIs u25cf Interface with Electronic Health Records u25cf Engineer scalable, reliable, and performant systems to manage data u25cf Collaborate closely with other Engineers, QA, Scrum master, Product Manager in your team as well as across the organization u25cf Build quality systems while expanding offerings to dependent teams u25cf Comfortable in multiple roles, from Design and Development to Code Deployment to and monitoring and investigating in production systems. Requirements u25cf 3 plus years in software engineering u25cf Strong software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, async programming patterns, object-oriented design, parallel programming) u25cf Strong understanding and demonstrated experience with at least one popular programming language (.NET , GoLang or Java) and SQL constructs (PostGres, Snowflake, MS SQL). u25cf Strong experience with revision control (Git) u25cf Demonstrated experience with Queuing technologies (Kafka / SNS / RabbitMQ etc) u25cf Strong communication skills u25cf High level understanding of system deployment tasks and technologies. (CI/CD Pipeline, Kubernetes, Terraform). u25cf Ability to travel quarterly. Preferred u25cf Experience writing and maintaining frontend client applications, Angular preferred u25cf Experience with cloud-based systems (Azure / AWS / GCP). u25cf High level understanding of big data design (data lake, data mesh, data warehouse) and data normalization patterns u25cf Demonstrated experience with Metrics, Logging, Monitoring and Alerting tools u25cf Strong experience with use of RESTful APIs and AKKA messaging technology Education: u25cf Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience About Us: As Signifiers, we are the heart of our culture. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $64,890.00 - $173,040.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
