VP Construction (Remote)

The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join an international leader in their field. They pride themselves on quality and interesting locations typically ranging from group units between 4 and 10,000 square feet. They are expecting to develop over 70 locations in 2023. Position Description You will manage and guide your team to perform all of the normal construction activities, as well as be the person the senior leaders look to for accurate and timely reports and professional advice when required. Experience Full accountability for construction results for the company Manage the full team of designers, planners and real estate acquisition Keep the company in compliance with all construction standards Manage project and budgets up to $150MM Manage corporate planning and forecasting for this area. Manage full staff directly, interact with all departments and levels Qualifications 10+ years relevant experience, 5 years at management level Education Engineering or Design and Construction Degree
