Looking for employment ASAP? Express is hiring for a Residential Specialist located in Honolulu, HI. We are seeing a dynamic and customer-oriented Residential Specialist to join our team! This full-time, direct-hire position offers an hourly wage of up to $22/hr. The Residential Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, security, and valet services in a luxury residential complex. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for residents and visitors. Assist with inquiries, package deliveries, and provide general information about the property and its amenities. Security: Ensure the safety and security of the residential premises by monitoring access points, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to any security incidents. Valet Services: Offer valet parking services to residents and their guests, providing efficient and courteous vehicle handling. Rotating Shifts: Must be flexible to work all shifts on a rotating schedule, including AM, Mid, Swing, and Graveyard shifts. Shift timings are as follows: AM shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Mid shift: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Swing shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Graveyard shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Qualifications: Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese is preferred, though not required. Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star luxury hotel, luxury retail store customer service, or security roles is highly desirable. Possession of a guard card in the state of Hawaii is mandatory. COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide top-notch customer service. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle security-related situations professionally and discreetly. A proactive and adaptable approach to handle the varying responsibilities of the role.
