Client Service & Operations Associate Location: Radnor, PA | Type: Full-Time Overview We are a growing boutique financial services firm based in Radnor, PA. The Role The Client Service & Operations Associate ensures the day-to-day operations of our retirement plan advisory practice run smoothly. You'll coordinate paperwork, manage timelines, and communicate with clients, advisors, and partners to ensure every task is completed correctly and on time. Compensation * Starting Salary: $60,000/year * Bonus Potential: Up to 5% annually based on team goals plus up to 10% annually based on individual performance Key Responsibilities Client & Advisor Support * Serve as a dependable administrative point of contact for clients and plan sponsors * Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and ensure follow-up tasks are tracked and completed * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and CRM records * Prepare client deliverables and reports for advisor review Operations & Project Management * Coordinate with third-party administrators (TPAs), recordkeepers, and custodians on plan-related tasks * Track progress on projects such as plan amendments, fund changes, or provider transitions * Review and submit paperwork for new accounts, transfers, and plan updates * Maintain workflow checklists, meet deadlines, and ensure all details are completed correctly Why Join Us * Structured environment with clear systems and defined responsibilities * Stable and collaborative team that values reliability and accuracy * Opportunities to grow your skills in client service, operations, and retirement plan administration * A workplace where consistency, accountability, and doing things the right way are recognized and appreciated Here is the link to the Culture Index - Culture Index Survey .
