Certification/Licensure Basic Life Support (BLS) u2013 Certification u2013 American Heart Association (AHA) RQI One of the following certifications qualifies: Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP) - State license - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP) OR Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP) - State license - North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (NCBOESLPA) OR Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP) OR Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (NCPT) OR Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - Physical Therapy Compact Commission (PTCOMPACT) OR Occupational Therapist License (OT) - State license - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP) OR Occupational Therapist License (OT) - State license - North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy (NCBOT) Experience 2 years of Speech Language Pathology or Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy experience (Required)
