WE'RE LOOKING FOR ROCK STARS!!!!!! As a closing Shift Leader at Scooter's Coffee, you will be responsible for leading the shift and ensuring seamless operations at our drive-through coffee shop & ensuring a smooth nightly close. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the team to maintain high-quality service and uphold our commitment to fast and friendly customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the shift and ensure smooth operations during the designated time. Supervise the team and provide guidance to maintain service quality and efficiency. Assist in training and onboarding new team members. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively. Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
