As a Quality Engineer, you will:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, triage, and resolve issues by identifying root causes.Develop and maintain automated tests within our existing automation framework, adhering to established coding standards.Perform system, integration, and UI testing across multiple web-based applications and platforms.Participate in Agile ceremonies and workflows to support timely and thorough testing of development tasks.Create, update, and maintain QA documentation and test plans.Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure high-quality municate and coordinate effectively with team members both onsite and remotely. 5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) role4+ years of experience with C#,3+ years with Java and Groovy2+ years of hands-on experience with API and UI automation using C#Intermediate SQL knowledgeSolid understanding of QA methodologies, including white box, black box, system, regression, risk-based, and exploratory testingExperience testing both web and mobile applicationsDemonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test casesExperience evaluating project risks and providing accurate testing effort estimatesExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environmentsAbility to interpret and expand on business requirements and acceptance criteriaFamiliarity with various software testing approaches and strategiesAvailability to work during Eastern Time Zone business hoursPreferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):Experience in both manual and automated testing of applicationsBasic understanding of troubleshooting, issue diagnosis, and programming logicFamiliarity with TFS, VSTS, or Azure DevOps (ADO)Ability to automate intermediate-level test cases and edit shared code This role does not require a degree.
