As the Director of Talent Acquisition at Clearbrook, you will play a crucial role in building and sustaining a talented and diverse team to advance the organization's mission. This position involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent. Essential Functions: Strategic Recruitment Planning (30%) Talent Sourcing and Acquisition (50%) Data Analysis and Reporting (10%) Compliance and Best Practices (10%) Qualifications Director of Talent Acquisition must have: At least a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field Master's degree is preferred PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred At least 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a non-profit or mission-driven organization Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR technology Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in the context of recruitment Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse range of stakeholders Full Time Benefits Package: Group term life insurance and long-term disability insurance (fully paid for by Clearbrook!)
