The Value of Working with Us + 14 shifts per month + 12-hour shifts, 7pm u2013 7am + 7 days on 7 days off + Closed ICU + 2-5 years of experience required + Team based cared including onsite Nocturnist physician as well as TeleHospitalist support + The group includes both physicians and advanced practice providers creating a collaborative, supportive and collegial work environment + Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program + Compensation is between $151,211 and $179,733 The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position.
