Job Description The Project Executive will play a critical role in overseeing project execution with a strong administrative focus. This position requires exceptional organizational skills to manage high-level scheduling, procurement, and coordination across multiple projects. The Project Executive will ensure seamless collaboration among teams and maintain strategic alignment with project objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative leadership and support for project execution, ensuring alignment with overall project goals. - Coordinate schedules, lead times, and procurement activities at a strategic level. - Collaborate with Construction Directors and Project Managers to maintain efficient workflows. - Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple projects to ensure consistency and quality. - Serve as a liaison between project teams and senior leadership, reporting progress and addressing challenges proactively. - Maintain strong client-facing communication when required.
