Dateline NBC is seeking a creativeu00a0Assistant Produceru00a0to produce and grow engaging digital content across platforms. Responsibilities: + Review story submissions, answer DMs, and flag stories to pitch + Monitor comments across social media accounts + Check u00a0for articles that align with our content to share on our accountsu00a0 + Assist in creating and publishing content on Datelineu2019s social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok. + Input metadata for upcoming broadcasts + Cut and archive digital library of Dateline full episodes + Keep running list of aired episodes, content restrictions, and social media content created for each episode + Assist with music cue sheets for each episodeu00a0 + Write recap articles for recent episodesu00a0 + Interact live with followers from the Dateline social media account during episodes while the show is on the air on the East Coastu00a0 + Learn and execute Datelineu2019s voice seamlessly across all social platforms + Collaborate with sales, analytics, marketing, product and press teams to optimize Dateline campaigns and content on social platforms PLEASE NOTE: This is ashort-termposition with an estimated duration of 24 months or less, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. + At least 1 yearu00a0of newsroom and reporting experience + Bacheloru2019s degree in a related field + Video editing experience + Knowledge of WildMoka, Premiere, and MPX systems + Strong multitasking and project coordination skills + Working knowledge of CMS systems + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Interest in criminal justice/legal system Additional Requirements: + Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
