Protect property from theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire and accidents, investigates and writes reports on accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards and other security related situations using independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures. Completely secures work site by checking doors, lights and ground area on a daily basis. Thoroughly completes report of daily rounds and other duties as needed. Work is performed inside and outside the property with exposure to inclement weather and unpredictable crisis situations. Shift work required. Thoroughly completes report of daily rounds and other duties as needed.Provide any needed assistance to customers, vendors, associates and visitors with the department 's procedures.Understand and follow standard operating security procedures.Serve as training officer to new or back-up security municate effectively both orally and in writing with staff and the public; perform duties in a professional manner and appearance.Performs other related duties as assigned.#CM-ALL
