The Sr. Human ResourcesGeneralist acts as an advisor across the enterprise, supporting andleading HR programs, policies, initiatives and oversees the compliancewith federal and state employment regulations. This role provides expertguidance on associate relations, performance management, compliance, andHR operations. In addition to managing the daily associate life-cycleoperations, this position oversees complex leave administration, and isthe escalation point for all other complex associate relations issues.The Sr. HR Generalist mentors the HR Generalists and Coordinators andleads enterprise-wide projects that enhance the associate experience andoperational excellence. Serve as consultant and first point of contact,assisting HR Generalists with escalated cases, coordinating with Sr.Manager or HRBP as needed.
