If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Managed Services practice.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document HR service delivery requirements, translating them into functional specifications for ServiceNow HRSD implementationsLead workshops and training sessions to support user adoption and maximize the value of ServiceNow HRSD capabilitiesPartner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunitiesMaintain accurate documentation for system configurations, business processes, and change management activitiesAdhere to KPMG story writing standardsConform to KPMG acceptance criteria writing standardsAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience as a Business Analyst supporting ServiceNow HRSD in a managed services or consulting environmentBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is requiredStrong understanding of HR processes and ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle EventsExperience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and workflow designProven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and analytical skillsAbility to travel as requiredApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (
