Reportingto the Assistant Director Field Accounting, you will supervise theaccounting staff that records financial data and generates advisorcommission payments for MPs and MDs in the Field Financial System forthe offices the team services. Accountabilities: Proactively managespersonnel and technical issues and assists in resolving these issues byproviding research and resolution options while considering individualcontributor performance. Work with internal HO teams to developstrategies that impact Field Office accounting data and advisorcommission payments for the offices the team services. Conductsfinancial statement/financial health reviews to assess current state andtrends of the MP or MDs accounting data. This includes in-depth researchand analysis of sources of accounting data as needed. Consult with teamaccounting personnel to develop skills in managing the books and recordsfor the MPs and MD offices the team services. Provide Field Officeonboarding consultations to ensure proper transfer of accountingprocedures to the CAS team. Bring your best What this role needs:Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance required. Minimumof 5-7 years of related business experience working with and supervisingtransactional accounting, reviewing financial statements, and usingspreadsheet tools. Broad knowledge of the company's products,distribution system, field compensation and sales reporting required.Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to analyze businessproblems and make decisions. Demonstrated ability to manage multipleemployees simultaneously and carry out diverse assignments in afast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to build rapport andacceptance at all levels within the Home Office and Field. Excellentwritten and oral communication skills.
